Winemaking

White method, fermentation at controlled temperature after static clarification of the must.

Organic characteristics

Brilliant, straw yellow in colour with an intense and lasting bouquet. Taste of  yeast. Dry with a bitter sweet after taste.

Gastronomy

Ideal with pasta dishes with vegetables souces.Ecellente with tortellini, with meats and fresh cheeses

Temperature

Serve chilled at  10 °C.
