Winemaking

Red method, maceration of the grapes for 5 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Organic characteristics

 Brilliant  ruby red in colour with shades of purple. An intense aroma of ripe wild fruits. Dry full bodied wine,pleasantly balanced.

Gastronomy

Ideal with cold meats and salami, pasta dishes with meat sauces, boiled ans grilled meat.

Temperature

Serve ati 15 °C.
