Winemaking

White method, fermentation at controlled temperature after static clarification of the must.

Organic characteristics

Brilliant, straw yellow in colour with a delicate flowery fragrance with a hint of citrus fruits. Very delicate and slightly aromatic.

Gastronomy

Ideal with fish, vegetables and white meats.

Temperature

Serve chilled at  8 °C.
