By hand, 2-nd week in september

Winemaking

Red method, maceration of the grapes for 5 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Organic characteristics

Brilliant, ruby red in colour with a delicate aroma similar to strawberries and wilde berries. Pleasant dry flavour, balanced with a hint of bitter sweetness in the after taste.

Gastronomy

Ideal with cold meats and salami, pasta with meat souces and mils cheeses..

Temperature

Serve at room temperature (18°C)
