The production of organic wines is the farms main activity. The wine is made only with the farms own grapes and by using the latest technology according to the rules set down by the Italian
Organic Agriculture Association and is bottled on site.
The farm has been fully recognised by the AIAB since 1991.
Because of its very favourable position on the foothills, the farm pursues a careful research for quality and typicality of the wines and has been awarded several national and international prizes and prestigious acknowledgements.
The most important wines are :
Pignoletto, Pignoletto classico, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Barbera.
